How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within India. For shipments outside India, refer to the shipping charges below:

Order value below INR : flat rate shipping of INR  will be charged
Order value above INR : free shipping

Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. Luxxologie will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email. If you do not receive a notification and payment has been deducted from your account, please contact us immediately at

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view track your order directly on the website of the courier service delivering your order.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. Most garments will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving the order.

Orders within India should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 4-6 days after the date of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Are my items insured?
Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave Luxxologie to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt.


Luxxologie endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at "” within 24 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.


We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Luxxologie as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Store Credit / Refund

Store Credit: Following a quality check, the refund will be added to your Luxxologie account as Store Credit. You can use this credit amount on the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.
Bank Refund: We refund the amount as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
The refund process will only be initiated after the product(s) have been received and validated which would take 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

As part of usual business practice, Luxxologie reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Luxxologie.

In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with

We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Luxxologie Gift Card is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However,’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
If a guest purchases Luxxologie Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
